1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "PHH222" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at phh222.com and its associated mobile applications.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the PHH222 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on PHH222.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, arcade games, live dealer games, and other wagering products available on PHH222, including but not limited to Aviator, Bombing Fishing, Money Wheel, Supermarket Spree, Crash Bonus, and Virtual Casino titles.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by PHH222.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to actual Philippine Peso (₱) deposits made by a Player into their PHH222 account.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where online gaming is illegal or where PHH222 does not hold the necessary authorisations to operate.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the PHH222 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

PHH222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of PHH222 following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the PHH222 platform and close your account.

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

PHH222 is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies to all Players regardless of jurisdiction. PHH222 conducts age verification during the registration process and reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to confirm a Player's age.

Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned at PHH222's sole discretion. PHH222 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with regulatory authorities in cases involving minors.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register a PHH222 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address;
• Not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Not be a current or former employee of PHH222 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such an employee;
• Not already hold an active PHH222 account — one account per person is strictly enforced;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order on PHH222 or any affiliated platform.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

PHH222 is required to verify the identity of all registered Players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).

PHH222 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4 Account Management

4.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on PHH222. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — are strictly prohibited. PHH222 employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, PHH222 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any winnings, and retain any deposits pending investigation.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PHH222 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. PHH222 will never contact you to request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify PHH222 of any unauthorised access.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact PHH222 support immediately. PHH222 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your PHH222 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

PHH222 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your PHH222 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

PHH222 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and may trigger an account review.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by PHH222 during normal operating hours. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one to three business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

PHH222 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the PHH222 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on PHH222 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). PHH222 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

PHH222 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all PHH222 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and above only;
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per device;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• PHH222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses have an expiry period — unused Bonus Funds will be forfeited after the stated validity period.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

PHH222 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, placing low-risk bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, and colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers.

Where PHH222 determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, PHH222 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the account, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on PHH222 — including Aviator, Bombing Fishing, Money Wheel, Supermarket Spree, Crash Bonus, and all Virtual Casino titles — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

PHH222 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games and professional live dealer streams for live casino titles. Game outcomes are determined independently of PHH222's systems and cannot be influenced by PHH222 staff or Players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on PHH222:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Colluding with other Players or PHH222 staff to manipulate game outcomes;

• Placing wagers for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

PHH222 reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and report suspicious activity to the relevant Philippine authorities where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.

8 Responsible Gaming

PHH222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

PHH222 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your PHH222 account;

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the PHH222 platform — including but not limited to the PHH222 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of PHH222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the PHH222 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any PHH222 content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any PHH222 software;
• Use PHH222 branding or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on PHH222 content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PHH222 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the PHH222 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues;
• Errors in game software that result in incorrect payouts — PHH222 reserves the right to correct such errors and void affected bets;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the PHH222 platform.

PHH222's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Anti-Money Laundering

PHH222 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. PHH222 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended.

PHH222 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation, report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines, and permanently close accounts where money laundering activity is suspected.

Players must not use PHH222 for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. Violation of this provision will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact PHH222 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. PHH222 will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority for mediation, where applicable.

13 Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the PHH222 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PHH222 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
